Week 8 and 9

Well, what a huge success the cake stall was today! The money is being taken to the bank later today and we will find out how much we have raised. I was absolutely amazed by how organised and motivated all the students were, it was incredibly impressive. Well done on all your hard work.

We also had our excursion to Scitech this week which proved very successful as well. Students have been buzzing all week about the fantastic activities such as the Planetarium, the digital microscopes, the Weather Show and more! Over the last couple of days our class have been making booklets reflecting on our excursion. I am very impressed with how many students have stepped up the effort that they have put into their presentation for this task. Well done everyone!

The spelling test has now been pushed back to next Friday (Week 9) to allow students a bit more time. This decision has been made across all Year 6 classes, so don't forget to practice!

Just a quick reminder to all students to stay safe over the Easter break. I hope you all have a wonderful time with your families and I can't wait to hear all about what adventures you got up to on Thursday.
